Tokyo--Jan. 16--Japan's Finance Minister Kiichi Miyazawa said he needs to watch the foreign exchange market movements a little longer to discern if the recent strengthening of the dollar against the yen is merely temporary or otherwise. Miyazawa added that recent dollar moves against the yen aren't disruptive, even as the dollar cleared the 119.35 mark against the yen for an 18-month high Monday.
