Brussels--Jan. 15--Serious as the current U.S. economic slowdown seems to be, many of the Federal Reserve's colleagues in the euro zone welcome it and at a recent gathering expressed genuine concern the Fed might reignite growth prematurely and undermine the current benefits of a soft landing.
