OPEC Oil ministers decided over the weekend to cut oil output quotas byanother one million barrels per day from April 1 in order to bring the price ofthe basket of seven crude oils back up to $25 per barrel. The ministers saidthe move is following the downward trend in the U.S. and world economicgrowth.
