WIESBADEN, Germany (AFX) - Producer prices in Germany rose 0.3 pct in February from January and were up 4.7 pct from a year earlier, the Federal Statistics Office said. Germany's producer price index rose to 104.7 in February from 104.4 in January and from 100.0 in February 2000 (1995 equals 100), the office said in a statement. The office said that mineral oil prices in February rose 6.8 pct year-on-year and were up 2.9 pct from January. Without mineral oil prices, the index rose 0.1 pct in February month-on-month, and rose 4.6 pct year-on-year. Compared to February 2000, light heating oil were up 7.9 and fresh pork prices were up 30.1 pct
