London, April 4 (BridgeNews) - European equity markets ended higher after staging a strong turnaround during another volatile day, helped by an impressive rebound by major telecommunication companies. There were strong moves in Deutsche Telekom (DE;DTE), and U.K. insurer Prudential (GB;PRU), as investors reacted positively to the prospect that both companies will miss out on major U.S. deals which investors have not liked. The FTSE Eurotop 100 Index was up 18 points, or 0.6%, at 3020.
