Britain's service sector expanded at a slower pace in April and business expectations fell to their lowest level in two years, according to a survey by the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply/NTC Research. The figures are unlikely to alter expectations that the bank of England will leave interest rates at 4.75 percent next week for the eighth month running.
