TOKYO (AFX-ASIA) - Finance Minister Masajuro Shiokawa said this morning's upturn in the yen against the dollar will not be a problem and it will soon be reversed in any case. "The dollar/yen movement (this morning) is not a problem and it will soon be reversed," Shiokawa said.
