New York, Aug. 20 (BridgeNews) - U.S. stocks ended higher as investors stepped back into the market after recent weakness. Still, trade remained tentative ahead of the Federal Reserve's monetary policy meeting Tuesday. The Dow Jones industrial average closed up 79.29, or 0.77%, to 10,320.07 and the Nasdaq Composite index was up 14.34, or 0.77%, to 1881.35.
