BUENOS AIRES (AFX) - Argentine President Fernando de la Rua said that it is still "too early to draw conclusions" on the impact terrorist attacks on US targets will have on Argentina's economy. De la Rua said he does not share the opinions of analysts forecasting a deepening of the world recession due to the attacks. There will be no complications as to almost 6.3 bln usd from the emergency IMF loan approved last Friday, because "that money entered the country" on Monday, De la Rua said. "The markets have been closed since the attack, and there might be changes, however, I think everything will return to its normal course," he added.
