NEW YORK, Dec 8 - U.S. stocks opened little changed on Monday, as investors fretted over the dollar's slide to record lows against the euro, deepening concerns that U.S. investments will lose some allure internationally. The Dow Jones industrial average <.DJI> was down 0.67 points, or 0.01 percent, at 9,862.01. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index <.SPX> was unchanged at 1,061.50. The technology-laced Nasdaq Composite Index <.IXIC> was down 0.24 points, or 0.01 percent, at 1,937.58.||
